"Richesse Haïti", which is translated as "Haiti Health" is a group of kids. Our group found its birth in a locality called Sonyen on March 17, 2017. At that time, we started with about 25 kids. Today, we have more than 50 kids and adults. We meet with them under a mango tree every Saturday morning to participate in different types of activities such as: Bible Study, discussions on how to live, morale, and so forth.
We have a lot of goals as a community, but the main one is training the kids to become honest citizens. However, the community of Sonyen is really in need. Some of the needs include: a school for the kids, a health center, drinking water, and bathrooms.
The priority is the school because it is far to have the kids walk 40 kilometers everyday which breeds a lot of fatigue from the kids. Moreover, some of them do not go to school because their parents do not have money. In this case, a sponsorship program is very crucial for us. Thank you Dare Humanity and God bless you.
